Telephones are answered from 9:00 AM until closing. Please recognize that the lines are busiest immediately at 9:00 AM. If you are able to wait until later in the day, you will spend less time on wait. We always have two staff answering the phones. keeping your call brief and to the point will make your wait and that of other clients as short as possible.

The staff respond to calls as they are directed, and as such they are not responsible for the regulations that constrain their response to your requests. If you are unable receive the service you had hoped, please let our office manager or your doctor know. Our staff always try to be as pleasant as possible on the phone and hope you will respond in kind.
